Primary Crushing Repairs (Gyratory & Jaw)
The primary circuit takes the heaviest abuse. We specialise in the heavy-lift maintenance required for these massive assets.
Gyratory Crushers:
- Concave Change-outs: Safe removal and installation of concave segments tailored to the crusher’s operating environment.
- Spider & Eccentric Works: Replacement of spider bushes, eccentric wear bands, and bottom shell repairs.
- Hydroset Maintenance: Overhaul of hydraulic cylinders and position monitoring systems.
Jaw Crushers:
- Liner Changes: Rapid change-out of fixed and swing jaw plates, ensuring correct wedge tightness.
- Mechanical Rebuilds: Replacement of toggle plates, tension rods, and pitman bearings.
- Frame Repairs: Crack testing and welding of side plates and bearing housings.
Secondary & Tertiary Crushers (Cone & Impact)
For the finishing end of the plant, precision is key to maintaining product spec. We service all major OEM brands including Thyssenkrupp, Metso, Sandvik, and Terex.
- Cone Crushers: Mantle and bowl liner replacements, bronze bushing change-outs, and socket sealing ring repairs. We focus on restoring the correct Closed Side Setting (CSS) to optimise your reduction ratio.
- Impact Crushers (HSI/VSI): Balancing of rotors, replacement of blow bars/hammers, and curtain adjustments.
- Roller Mills: Roll shell replacements and hydraulic gap adjustment repairs.

Do you handle crusher backing during liner changes?
Can you replace mainshaft bearings on site?
In many cases, yes. We establish clean habitats on site to perform precision bearing changes. However, for major failure analysis or housing repairs, we may recommend transporting the assembly to our Orange Workshop for a sterile rebuild.
